This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the acceptable use guidelines for CampaignOps ("the Service"). This Policy is designed to ensure fair and responsible use of our platform while maintaining service quality for all users. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Usage Limits

2.1 Subscription-Based Limits

Your subscription plan includes specific usage limits for:

• Number of module runs per month
• Number of campaigns you can create and run
• Amount of content generated
• Number of brands you can manage
• API request limits
• Storage capacity

These limits are designed to ensure fair resource allocation and maintain service performance for all users.

2.2 Image Generation Limits

Image generation is subject to fair use limits based on your subscription plan. These limits apply to both daily and monthly usage to ensure fair resource allocation:

Important notes:

• Daily limits reset at midnight UTC
• Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month
• Both daily and monthly limits must be respected
• You can generate up to 2 images per module run
• Image generation is available for Pro and Agency plans

2.3 Excessive Usage

If your usage significantly exceeds typical usage patterns for your subscription tier, we may contact you to discuss upgrading to a plan that better suits your needs. We reserve the right to temporarily throttle or limit usage that negatively impacts service performance for other users.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Automated Abuse: Using bots or scripts to abuse the Service
• Spam: Creating or distributing spam or unsolicited content
• Harmful Content: Generating defamatory, harassing, or harmful content
• Illegal Activities: Using the Service for illegal purposes
• IP Violations: Creating content that infringes on intellectual property
• System Abuse: Attempting to overload or damage our systems
• Account Sharing: Sharing credentials or unauthorized access
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass security or usage limits

4. Content Guidelines

4.1 Acceptable Content

Content created using CampaignOps must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Be truthful and not misleading
• Respect the rights and dignity of others
• Comply with platform-specific terms of service

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use CampaignOps to create content that:

• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or incites violence
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Contains false or misleading information
• Violates privacy rights
• Impersonates others or misrepresents identity

5. API Usage

If you use our API, you must:

• Respect rate limits and usage quotas
• Implement proper error handling and retry logic
• Not use the API to scrape or extract data beyond your authorized use
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to access unauthorized endpoints
• Use API keys securely and not share them publicly

6. Resource Usage

6.1 Reasonable Use

While we provide generous usage limits, we expect users to use the Service reasonably. Examples of unreasonable use include:

• Running excessive automated tests or load testing
• Creating an excessive number of accounts or brands
• Generating content at volumes far exceeding typical business needs
• Using the Service primarily for data storage

6.2 System Impact

We reserve the right to limit or throttle usage that negatively impacts system performance, security, or the experience of other users, even if such usage is within your plan's stated limits.

7. Enforcement

7.1 Monitoring

We monitor usage patterns and may investigate accounts that appear to violate this Policy. We use automated systems and manual review to detect abuse.

7.2 Violations

If we determine that you have violated this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement
• Take legal action if necessary

7.3 Appeals

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or best practices.
