Using AI to Create Brands

CampaignOps automatically creates your brand profile using AI. Provide your website URL or describe your brand, and AI does the rest.

How It Works

AI analyzes your input and creates a complete profile:

  • Brand information
  • Target audience
  • Value proposition
  • Tone and voice settings
  • Proof points (if available)

Creating a New Brand with AI

Step 1: Start

  1. Go to Brands → Click "Create with AI"

Step 2: Choose Input Method

Method 1: Website URL (Recommended)

  • Paste your website URL
  • Example: https://yourcompany.com
  • AI analyzes website content

Method 2: Text Description

  • Describe brand in 2-3 sentences
  • Include: what you do, who you serve, what makes you different

Example:

"We're a B2B SaaS company that helps marketing teams automate content creation. We serve marketing teams at companies with 50-500 employees. Our main differentiator is AI that learns your brand voice and creates content that sounds exactly like you."

Step 3: Generate

  1. Click "Generate Brand"
  2. Wait 30-60 seconds
  3. Progress indicators show status

Step 4: Review Results

AI creates complete profile with:

Confidence Scores

  • Progress bars per section
  • Higher = more reliable
  • Lower = may need manual review

Suggestions

  • Improvement recommendations
  • Missing information
  • Areas to enhance

Generated Content

  • All sections filled
  • Tone sliders set
  • Default CTAs included

Step 5: Edit and Refine

Review each section:

  • Brand Information - Verify accuracy
  • Target Audience - Add detail
  • Value Proposition - Refine messaging
  • Tone Sliders - Adjust to match voice
  • Proof Points - Add testimonials/metrics
  • Forbidden Phrases - Add phrases to avoid

Step 6: Create

  1. Final review
  2. Click "Create Brand"
  3. Ready to use!

Enhancing Existing Brands

Use AI to improve brands you've already created.

Step 1: Open

  1. Go to Brands
  2. Click brand to enhance

Step 2: Enhance

  1. Click "Enhance with AI"
  2. Describe what to improve:
    • "Add more products"
    • "Refine value proposition"
    • "Add proof points"
    • "Improve target audience"

Step 3: Review

AI will:

  • Keep existing information
  • Add new information
  • Merge together
  • Show what changed

Step 4: Save

  1. Review merged result
  2. Edit as needed
  3. Click "Save" - creates new version

Tips for Best Results

Website URL Method

Best results:

  • Use main website homepage
  • Ensure publicly accessible
  • Should have clear brand information

What AI looks for:

  • About page content
  • Product/service descriptions
  • Value propositions
  • Target audience info
  • Tone and voice from copy

Text Description Method

Be specific:

  • ❌ "We're a tech company"
  • ✅ "We're a B2B SaaS company that helps marketing teams automate content creation"

Include key details:

  • What you do
  • Who you serve
  • What makes you different
  • Main value proposition

Example:

"We're a project management SaaS for remote teams. We serve companies with 10-50 employees. Our main differentiator is AI-powered automation that saves teams 10+ hours per week. We focus on simplicity and ease of use."

Understanding Confidence Scores

Scores show how reliable AI-generated information is:

  • 80-100% - Very reliable, likely accurate
  • 60-79% - Good, may need minor adjustments
  • 40-59% - Fair, should review and edit
  • Below 40% - Low confidence, needs manual input

What affects confidence:

  • Quality of input
  • Amount of information available
  • Clarity of brand messaging
  • Website accessibility

Common Issues

AI generation fails?

  • Try different website page (About page, homepage)
  • Provide more detailed description
  • Use manual creation instead
  • Try again later

Low confidence scores?

  • Review low-scoring sections
