Creating a Brand

Your brand is the foundation of all content. Choose one of three options:

  1. AI-powered (recommended) - Fastest and easiest
  2. Manual - Full control
  3. Basic profile - Quick start, enhance later

Option 1: AI-Powered (Recommended)

Fastest way to create a complete brand profile.

Step 1: Start

  1. Go to Brands → Click "Create with AI"

Step 2: Provide Input

Option A: Website URL

  • Paste your website URL
  • AI analyzes and extracts brand info

Option B: Text Description

  • Describe your brand in 2-3 sentences
  • Include: what you do, who you serve, what makes you different

Example:

"We're a SaaS company that helps remote teams manage projects. We serve teams of 10-50 people and our main differentiator is AI-powered automation that saves 10+ hours per week."

Step 3: Generate

  1. Click "Generate Brand"
  2. Wait 30-60 seconds
  3. Progress indicator shows status

Step 4: Review

AI creates a complete profile with:

  • Confidence scores - Progress bars per section
  • Suggestions - Improvement recommendations
  • Missing fields - Areas needing info

Review all sections before creating.

Step 5: Edit (Optional)

  • Click any field to edit
  • Adjust tone sliders
  • Add/remove information
  • Fill missing sections

Step 6: Create

  1. Final review
  2. Click "Create Brand"
  3. Ready to use!

Option 2: Manual Creation

Full control from scratch.

Step 1: Start

  1. Go to Brands → Click "Create Manually"

Step 2: Fill Form

  • Brand name, description, industry, website

Products & Services

  • What you offer, key features, main products

Target Audience

  • Who you serve, demographics, pain points

Positioning

  • Market position, differentiators, competitive advantages

Value Proposition

  • Why customers choose you, key benefits, USPs

Proof Points

  • Testimonials, case studies, metrics

Tone & Voice (sliders)

  • Formality: casual ↔ formal
  • Energy: calm ↔ energetic
  • Humor: serious ↔ playful

Phrases

  • Always use / Never use
  • Forbidden words

Claims Policy

  • What claims you can make
  • Compliance requirements

Default CTAs

  • Standard call-to-action phrases

Channel Preferences

  • Preferred platforms, format preferences

  1. Review everything

Set Tone Accurately

Match your actual brand voice. Test combinations and review generated content.

List Forbidden Phrases

Avoid:

After Creation

  1. Ready to use - Start running modules immediately
  2. Edit anytime - Click brand to edit
  3. Version history - Each edit creates new version (v1, v2, etc.)
  4. Use in modules - Select brand when running modules
