What is CampaignOps?

CampaignOps is an AI-powered marketing content creation platform that helps you create consistent, high-quality content across all channels using your brand identity.

Do I need to know how to code?

No, CampaignOps is designed for marketers, creators, and business owners. No coding required.

How does CampaignOps differ from ChatGPT or other AI tools?

CampaignOps is purpose-built for marketing:

  • Brand consistency (brand profiles)
  • Quality gates (automated checks)
  • Campaign orchestration (chain modules)
  • Publishing integrations (direct publishing)
  • Attribution tracking (measure performance)

Can I use CampaignOps for multiple brands?

Yes! Starter plan includes 1 brand, Pro includes 3, Agency includes 10 (with add-ons available).

Brand Profiles

What's the difference between a basic and complete brand profile?

A basic brand profile is a minimal profile created automatically if you skip brand setup. A complete brand profile includes all brand details (audience, positioning, tone, etc.). You can upgrade from basic to complete anytime.

Can I edit my brand profile after creating it?

Yes! Editing creates a new version (v2, v3, etc.) to preserve history. All new content uses the latest version.

How detailed should my brand profile be?

More detail = better content. Include:

  • Specific target audience
  • Clear value proposition
  • Proof points (testimonials, metrics)
  • Tone preferences
  • Forbidden phrases

Can I use AI to create my brand profile?

Yes! Use "Create with AI" button. Paste your website URL or describe your brand, and AI generates a complete brand profile.

Modules

How long does it take to generate content?

Typically 30-90 seconds per module, depending on:

  • Content count: 3 posts = ~30-45 seconds, 10 posts = ~45-60 seconds
  • Module complexity:
    • Simple posts (X, LinkedIn) = 30-60 seconds
    • Email sequences = 45-75 seconds
    • Landing pages = 60-90 seconds
  • System load: May be slower during peak times

Can I edit generated content?

Yes! Use inline editing in Review Room:

  1. Click "Edit" on any content item
  2. Make your changes
  3. Choose to re-gate (recommended) or skip gates
  4. Save - all edits are tracked in edit history

What if I don't like the generated content?

You have several options:

  1. Edit it inline - Fix specific issues in Review Room
  2. Reject and re-run - Provide feedback, then run module again with different inputs
  3. Request changes - Edit and re-gate to see if scores improve
  4. Improve your brand profile - Often, a better brand profile = better content on re-run

Can I save module configurations?

Yes! Save frequently used configurations as presets:

  1. Run a module with your preferred settings
  2. After generation, click "Save as Preset"
  3. Name it (e.g., "Weekly LinkedIn Posts")
  4. Optionally set as default for that module

Are all modules available on Starter plan?

No. Starter includes all social media modules. Pro includes all modules (content, strategy, conversion). See Plans & Pricing.

Campaigns

Do I need Pro plan for campaigns?

Yes, campaigns are available on Pro and Agency plans only.

Can I create custom campaigns?

Yes! Use custom campaign builder to chain any modules in any order.

How do campaigns ensure consistency?

Campaigns run a final consistency gate that checks:

  • Value proposition alignment
  • Tone consistency
  • CTA alignment
  • Terminology consistency

Can I publish an entire campaign at once?

Yes! Use campaign publishing to publish all campaign content to multiple platforms simultaneously.

Autonomous Campaigns

What are autonomous campaigns?

Autonomous campaigns run automatically on a schedule, generating and publishing content without manual intervention. CampaignOps uses AI to make decisions about content quality and automatically publishes high-confidence content.

How do autonomous campaigns work?

  1. Schedule: Set when to run (daily, weekly, monthly)
  2. Generate: Content created using your brand and campaign settings
  3. Score: Confidence scores calculated (0-100%) based on quality gates
  4. Decide:
    • ≥80% confidence → Auto-publish
    • 60-79% → Auto-publish with warning
    • 40-59% → AI Review (or Human Review if enabled)
    • <40% → Skip
  5. Learn: System improves over time using performance data

Can I control what gets published?

Yes! You have full control:

  • Custom thresholds: Adjust confidence thresholds per campaign or workspace
  • Human review mode: Route low-confidence content (40-59%) to Review Room
  • Emergency controls: Pause, resume, or stop campaigns anytime
  • Execution history: Monitor all decisions and see what was published/skipped
  • Override decisions: Approve or reject content in Review Room even after AI decisions

What is human review mode?

Human review mode routes low-confidence content (40-59%) to the Review Room for manual approval instead of AI review.

When to use:

  • High-stakes content (ads, landing pages, compliance-sensitive)
  • Brand-critical campaigns
  • Learning phase (when monitoring system decisions)
  • Custom thresholds (when you've set custom confidence thresholds)

Can I customize confidence thresholds?

Yes! You can set custom thresholds per-campaign or per-workspace.

Default thresholds:

  • ≥80%: High confidence → Auto-publish
  • 60-79%: Medium confidence → Auto-publish with warning
  • 40-59%: Low confidence → Review (AI or Human)
  • <40%: Very low confidence → Skip

Publishing

Which platforms can I publish to?

CampaignOps supports 13+ platforms via Publer and Late integrations, including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and more.

Do I need separate accounts for each platform?

Yes, you need to connect a publishing account for each platform you want to publish to.

Can I schedule posts?

Yes! Schedule individual posts or entire campaigns using the campaign calendar.

What happens if publishing fails?

Failed publishes automatically retry up to 3 times with exponential backoff. You'll receive alerts on failure.

Can I use Zapier/Make/n8n?

Yes! CampaignOps supports webhook integrations for Zapier, Make, and n8n.

Quality & Approval

What are quality gates?

Automated checks that ensure content quality:

  • Consistency: Brand alignment
  • Humanity: Natural, human voice
  • QA: Format, length, policy compliance

Can I disable approval workflow?

Yes, in workspace settings. However, we recommend keeping it enabled for quality control.

Who can approve content?

Workspace owners and approvers can approve content. Members can view but not approve.

What if gate scores are low?

Low scores indicate potential issues. You can:

  • Improve brand profile detail
  • Edit content manually
  • Re-run module with different inputs

Billing & Plans

Can I change plans?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime in Settings → Billing. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.

What happens if I downgrade?

You'll lose access to Pro/Agency features after current billing period ends. Your content remains accessible.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancel in Settings → Billing. Access continues until end of billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support for refund requests.

Can I add more brands/seats?

Yes! Add-ons available:

  • Additional brands: +$40/brand/month
  • Additional seats: +$20/seat/month

Technical

What browsers are supported?

CampaignOps works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions).

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet, but CampaignOps is mobile-responsive and works on mobile browsers.

Can I use the API?

Yes! CampaignOps has a complete REST API. See API documentation for details.

How is my data stored?

All data is encrypted and stored securely. We use industry-standard security practices.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Export all content in Markdown, JSON, CSV, or PDF formats.
