Understanding Modules

Modules are the building blocks of CampaignOps. Each module creates a specific type of content optimized for your brand.

What are Modules?

Modules are standalone content generators. Think of them as specialized tools:

  • X Post Pack - Creates Twitter/X posts
  • Email Pack - Creates email sequences
  • Landing Page Copy Pack - Creates landing page copy
  • Video Script Pack - Creates video scripts
  • And many more...

Each module is designed for a specific content type and platform, ensuring your content is optimized and ready to use.

How Modules Work

The Process

  1. You provide inputs - Brand, topic, count, format
  2. CampaignOps generates - Uses brand profile to create content
  3. Quality checks run - Automated gates check consistency/quality
  4. Content in Review Room - You review and approve
  5. Ready to use - Export, publish, or use in campaigns

Typical Timeline

  • Configuration: 2-3 minutes
  • Generation: 30-90 seconds
  • Review: 1-5 minutes
  • Total: 5-10 minutes

Social Media Modules (Starter+)

Create content for social platforms:

  • X Post Pack - Twitter/X posts (3, 5, or 10 posts)
  • LinkedIn Post Pack - Professional posts (3, 5, or 7 posts)
  • Instagram Post Pack - Visual-focused posts (3, 5, or 7 posts)
  • Facebook Post Pack - Community posts (3, 5, or 7 posts)
  • TikTok Post Pack - Video scripts (3-5 scripts)
  • Reddit Post Pack - Reddit posts (3-5 posts)
  • Pinterest Post Pack - Pin descriptions (3-5 pins)

Create longer-form content:

Module Inputs

Brand

  • Select which brand to use
  • Required for all modules
  • Determines voice, tone, messaging

Count

  • How many items to generate
  • Examples: 5 posts, 10 posts, 3 emails
  • More items = longer generation time

Topic

  • What content should be about
  • Be specific for best results

Optional

Format

  • Specific format options
  • Varies by module
  • Examples: threads, carousels, long-form

Tone Override

  • Adjust tone for this run
  • Overrides brand default
  • Useful for special campaigns

Template

  • Use content template
  • Pre-filled structure
  • Saves time, ensures consistency

Quality Gates

All modules run quality checks:

Consistency Gate

  • Checks brand alignment
  • Verifies terminology consistency
  • Score: 0-100%

Humanity Gate

  • Checks for natural, human voice
  • Flags AI patterns
  • Score: 0-100%

QA Gate

  • Checks length, format, forbidden phrases
  • Validates platform requirements
  • Score: 0-100%

Scores:

  • 80-100% - Excellent, ready to use
  • 70-79% - Good, minor tweaks optional
  • 60-69% - Fair, review recommended
  • Below 60% - Poor, edit or re-run

Module Presets

Save time with frequently used configurations.

Creating

  1. Run module with preferred settings
  2. After generation, click "Save as Preset"
  3. Name it (e.g., "Weekly LinkedIn Posts")
  4. Optionally set as default

Using

  1. Open module
  2. Select preset from dropdown
  3. Inputs auto-fill
  4. Adjust if needed, then run

Execution Status

Modules run asynchronously:

  • PENDING - Queued, waiting to start
  • RUNNING - Currently generating
  • COMPLETED - Finished, ready for review
  • FAILED - Error occurred (check message)

Tips

  1. Be specific with topics - More specific = better content
  2. Use appropriate counts - Start with 3-5 items
  3. Save presets - Saves 1-2 minutes per run
  4. Review quality scores - Check before approving
  5. Edit when needed - AI is a starting point

Common Questions

How long does generation take?

  • Social posts (3-5 items): 30-45 seconds
  • Social posts (10 items): 45-60 seconds
  • Email sequences: 45-75 seconds
  • Landing pages: 60-90 seconds

Can I edit generated content?

  • Yes! Use inline editing in Review Room. Edit any field and optionally re-run quality gates.

What if I don't like the content?

  • Edit it inline
  • Reject and re-run with different inputs
  • Improve brand profile for better results

Are all modules available on Starter plan?

  • No. Starter includes social media modules. Pro includes all modules.

Can I run modules without a brand?

  • No, brand is required. You can use a basic brand profile if you haven't created a complete brand yet.
