Creating Your Account

Creating your CampaignOps account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started.

Sign Up Process

Step 1: Visit the Website

  1. Go to the CampaignOps website
  2. Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up" (top right)

Step 2: Enter Your Information

  • Email - Use an email you check regularly
  • Password - At least 8 characters
  • Full Name - For personalization

Step 3: Create Your Account

  1. Click "Create Account"
  2. Confirmation message appears

Step 4: Verify Your Email

  1. Check inbox (and spam folder)
  2. Open email from CampaignOps
  3. Click verification link
  4. Redirected back to CampaignOps

Note: Email verification required for all features. Check spam or request a new verification email if needed.

First Login

After verifying your email:

  1. Go back to CampaignOps
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click "Log In"

You may see an onboarding tutorial that guides you through:

  • Creating your first brand
  • Running your first module
  • Reviewing and approving content

You can skip the tutorial if you prefer, but it's helpful for first-time users.

Account Types

Starter Plan ($29/month)

  • All social media modules
  • 1 brand
  • Basic exports
  • Best for: Individuals and small businesses

Pro Plan ($79/month)

  • Everything in Starter
  • All content modules
  • Campaign orchestration
  • Publishing integrations
  • Campaign calendar
  • Attribution tracking
  • Best for: Growing businesses

Agency Plan ($299/month)

  • Everything in Pro
  • 5 brands (base)
  • 3 team seats (base)
  • Audit logs
  • Advanced team features
  • Best for: Agencies and teams

Note: Start on any plan. Upgrade or downgrade anytime.

Troubleshooting

Can't Find Verification Email?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Wait a few minutes (emails can be delayed)
  3. Look for emails from "CampaignOps" or "noreply@campaignops.xyz"
  4. Try requesting a new verification email from the login page

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions
  4. Follow the link to create a new password

Account Already Exists?

If you see a message that your email is already registered:

  • You may have signed up before
  • Try logging in with your password
  • Use "Forgot Password" if you don't remember it

Can't Log In?

  1. Double-check your email and password
  2. Make sure your email is verified
  3. Try resetting your password
  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  5. Try a different browser

Security Tips

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Don't share your account credentials
  • Log out when using shared computers
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available
