Speed up your workflow with keyboard shortcuts in CampaignOps.

Navigation Shortcuts

Quick Navigation (G then Key)

Press G to start a navigation sequence, then press another key:

  • G then D - Go to Dashboard
  • G then B - Go to Brands
  • G then M - Go to Modules
  • G then C - Go to Campaigns
  • G then R - Go to Review Room
  • G then P - Go to Publishing
  • G then E - Go to Exports
  • G then H - Go to History
  • G then A - Go to Analytics
  • G then T - Go to Templates
  • G then I - Go to Insights
  • G then X - Go to A/B Testing
  • G then L - Go to Calendar
  • G then U - Go to UTM Builder
  • G then S - Go to Settings

Autonomous Section (G A then Key)

Press G then A to access Autonomous features:

  • G A then D - Autonomous Dashboard

Global Actions

  • Ctrl/Cmd + K - Open global search / command palette
  • ? - Show all keyboard shortcuts

General Navigation

  • Esc - Close dialogs and modals
  • - Go back (browser back)
  • - Go forward (browser forward)

Review Room Shortcuts

Content Actions

  • A - Approve current item
  • R - Reject current item
  • E - Edit current item
  • - Next item
  • - Previous item
  • X - Export current item

Navigation

  • - Previous item in list
  • - Next item in list
  • Enter - Open selected item

Using Shortcuts

How Sequence Shortcuts Work

Two-key shortcuts (like G then D):

  1. Press and release G
  2. Within 1.5 seconds, press D
  3. Action executes immediately

Three-key shortcuts (like G A then D):

  1. Press and release G
  2. Press and release A
  3. Within 1.5 seconds, press D
  4. Action executes

Tips

  • Shortcuts timeout after 1.5 seconds of inactivity
  • If you start a sequence and change your mind, just wait 1.5 seconds
  • Shortcuts are disabled when typing in input fields

Tips for Using Shortcuts

1. Learn Gradually

  • Start with navigation shortcuts (G + key)
  • Add Review Room shortcuts
  • Master shortcuts you use most

2. Practice

  • Use shortcuts regularly
  • They become muscle memory
  • Save significant time

  • Press ? to see all shortcuts

  • Ctrl/Cmd + F - Find on page
  • Ctrl/Cmd + T - New tab
  • Ctrl/Cmd + W - Close tab
  • Ctrl/Cmd + + - Zoom in
  • Ctrl/Cmd + - - Zoom out
  • Ctrl/Cmd + 0 - Reset zoom

Mobile Shortcuts

Touch Gestures

On mobile devices:

  • Swipe left/right - Navigate (if supported)
  • Long press - Context menu (if supported)
  • Pinch to zoom - Zoom in/out

Troubleshooting Shortcuts

Shortcuts Not Working?

Possible causes:

  • Focus is in an input field (shortcuts disabled)
  • Sequence timed out (1.5 second window)
  • Browser extension interfering

Solutions:

  1. Click outside input fields
  2. Try the sequence again faster
  3. Disable conflicting browser extensions
  4. Refresh the page
