Multi-Brand Management

Manage multiple brands in a single workspace. Perfect for agencies managing multiple clients or companies with multiple product lines.
Overview
With multi-brand support, you can:
- Create and manage up to 5 brands (base) with add-ons for more
- Switch between brands quickly
- Keep brand data isolated and organized
- Track usage per brand
- Generate brand-specific reports
Creating Multiple Brands
- Go to Brands in the main navigation
- Click Create Brand or Add Brand
- Enter brand details:
- Brand name (required)
- Client name (optional, for agencies)
- Description (optional)
- Click Create
The new brand will be created with a default BrandOS Lite profile. You can enhance it later with AI or manual editing.
Switching Between Brands
Use the brand selector in the main navigation to switch between brands:
- Click the current brand name in the header
- Select a different brand from the dropdown
- All content, modules, and campaigns will filter to the selected brand
Note: Your active brand selection is saved and persists across sessions.
Brand Management
Viewing All Brands
- Go to Brands to see all your brands
- Brands are displayed as cards with:
- Brand name and client name
- Usage statistics
- Last activity
- Status (active/inactive)
Editing a Brand
- Click on a brand card or go to the brand detail page
- Click Edit to modify:
- Brand name
- Client name
- Description
- Display order
Deactivating a Brand
Brands can be deactivated (soft deleted) to hide them without losing data:
- Go to brand settings
- Click Deactivate Brand
- Confirm the action
Deactivated brands won't appear in the brand selector but can be reactivated later.
Brand Usage Tracking
Each brand tracks its own usage:
- Module runs
- Campaigns created
- Exports generated
- Publishing activity
View usage statistics on the brand detail page or in client reports.
Brand Limits
Agency Plan:
- Base: 5 brands included
- Add-ons: Additional brands available for $40/month each
Starter & Pro Plans:
- 1 brand included
- Additional brands available via add-ons
Best Practices
- Organize by Client: If you're an agency, create one brand per client
- Use Client Names: Add client names to easily identify brands
- Set Display Order: Organize brands in the order you use them most
- Track Usage: Monitor brand usage to understand client activity
