Add-ons Management

Available in: All Plans

Purchase additional brands or team seats beyond your plan's base limits.

Overview

Add-ons let you:

  • Add more brands to your workspace
  • Add more team seats
  • Track usage and utilization
  • Manage billing and subscriptions

Available Add-ons

Additional Brands

  • Price: $40/month per brand
  • Use Case: Manage more clients or product lines
  • Base Limits:
    • Starter: 1 brand (can add more)
    • Pro: 1 brand (can add more)
    • Agency: 5 brands (can add more)

Additional Seats

  • Price: $20/month per seat
  • Use Case: Add more team members
  • Base Limits: All plans start with 1 seat (workspace owner)

Purchasing Add-ons

  1. Go to SettingsBillingAdd-ons
  2. Select addon type (Brand or Seat)
  3. Enter quantity
  4. Review pricing and prorated cost
  5. Click Purchase

Note: If you already have an addon of the same type, the quantity will be added to your existing addon.

Viewing Your Add-ons

  1. Go to SettingsBillingAdd-ons
  2. View all active add-ons:
    • Type (Brand or Seat)
    • Quantity
    • Unit price
    • Total monthly cost
    • Purchase date

Usage Tracking

Monitor how you're using your add-ons:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingAdd-onsUsage
  2. View:
    • Brands: Actual usage vs. allowed (plan limit + addons)
    • Seats: Actual team members vs. allowed (base + addons)
    • Utilization Percentage: How much of your capacity you're using

Updating Add-on Quantity

Increase Quantity

  1. Go to your add-on
  2. Click Update Quantity
  3. Enter new quantity
  4. Review billing adjustment (prorated charge)
  5. Confirm

You'll be charged a prorated amount for the additional quantity.

Decrease Quantity

  1. Go to your add-on
  2. Click Update Quantity
  3. Enter new (lower) quantity
  4. Review billing credit (prorated refund)
  5. Confirm

You'll receive a prorated credit for the reduced quantity.

Cancelling Add-ons

  1. Go to your add-on
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Review billing credit (prorated refund for remaining period)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Note: Cancelled add-ons are marked as inactive but remain in your history for billing records.

Billing

Monthly Cost

Add-ons are billed monthly:

  • Charges appear on your monthly invoice
  • Prorated for mid-cycle changes
  • Included in total workspace cost

Billing Summary

View your add-on billing:

  1. Go to SettingsBillingAdd-onsBilling Summary
  2. See:
    • Total monthly add-on cost
    • Breakdown by add-on type
    • Per-addon details

Best Practices

  1. Monitor Usage: Check utilization regularly to optimize costs
  2. Plan Ahead: Purchase add-ons before reaching limits
  3. Review Billing: Understand prorated charges and credits
  4. Cancel Unused: Remove add-ons you're not using
